DAY 1: Rishikesh to Joshimath

  1. Pick up from Rishikesh at 6:00 AM.

  2. Enjoy a picturesque drive to Joshimath, passing through Devprayag, Srinagar, and Rudraprayag.

  3. Indulge in a delicious breakfast and lunch at roadside inns along the way (individuals will cover the cost).

  4. Arrive at Joshimath town and check in to your comfortable guest house or hotel.

  5. Take some time to relax, freshen up, and settle into your accommodation.

  6. In the evening, gather for a quick introduction and briefing session with the experienced trek leader and fellow travelers.

  7. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings and soak in the serene ambiance of Joshimath. Enjoy a hearty dinner and rest well at the guesthouse or hotel, preparing for the exciting days ahead.


DAY 2: Joshimath to Gulling Via Dhak

  1. After a satisfying breakfast, depart from Joshimath towards the road head in Dhak village.

  2. Begin your trek from Dhak village to the picturesque Guling campsite. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the surrounding landscapes as you make your way through the trail.

  3. Reach the Guling campsite around lunchtime and take a well-deserved break.

  4. Spend the afternoon relaxing and soaking in the natural beauty of the campsite.

  5. In the evening, embark on an acclimatization walk to help your body adjust to the altitude.

  6. Indulge in delicious evening snacks and savor a hearty dinner at the campsite.

  7. Retire for the night and enjoy a peaceful sleep amidst the tranquility of the mountains.


DAY 3: Trek to Khulara Campsite from Guling

  1. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the Guling campsite, fueling yourself for the day's trek.

  2. Begin your trek from the Guling campsite to the enchanting Khulara camp.

  3. Traverse through the stunning landscapes, taking in the beauty of the surroundings.

  4. Reach the Khulara campsite, where you will be greeted with warm hospitality.

  5. Indulge in a delicious lunch at the campsite, replenishing your energy for the rest of the day.

  6. Take an acclimatization walk in the afternoon to adjust to the higher altitude.

  7. Enjoy a wholesome dinner at the campsite, followed by a well-deserved rest for the night.


DAY 4: Trek to Kuari Pass and return to Khulara

  1. Today is the much-awaited summit day. Start your day early with a nutritious breakfast at the Khulara campsite. Begin your trek towards the majestic Kuari Pass, the highlight of the journey. As you ascend towards the pass, soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.

  2. Reach the summit of Kuari Pass and revel in the sense of accomplishment and the panoramic vistas that greet you.

  3. Spend some time at the pass, capturing memories and taking in the awe-inspiring scenery.

  4. Descend back to the Guling campsite in the evening, retracing your steps.

  5. Savour a well-deserved dinner at the campsite before retiring for a good night’s sleep.


DAY 5: Khulara to Auli Road head via Tali, Drive to Joshimath

  1. Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the Guling campsite.

  2. Begin your ascent to Tali Top, a beautiful vantage point that offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

  3. From Tali top, proceed towards Auli, a popular skiing destination known for its scenic beauty. Spend some time exploring Auli and its famous Gorson Bugyal, a picturesque meadow.

  4. Descend from Auli to the Auli Road head, enjoying the captivating landscapes along the way.

  5. Once at the road head, drive back to Joshimath, where you'll be accommodated in a comfortable hotel.

  6. Rest and relax in the hotel, reflecting on the incredible experiences of the past few days.


DAY 6: Joshimath to Rishikesh

  1. After enjoying a fulfilling breakfast in Joshimath, it's time to bid farewell to the majestic mountains and begin your journey back to Rishikesh. 

  2. The approximate expected time of arrival in Rishikesh is around 8:00 PM. 

  3. Sit back, relax, and relish the memories of your unforgettable Kuari Pass trek as you traverse the scenic routes and picturesque landscapes on your way back to Rishikesh.

  4. Unscheduled or extended stay due to roadblocks, landslides 

  5. Porter/ mule charges, backpack offloading charges 

  6. Cost of evacuation in case of emergency
